Perceptive Souls: From Surviving to Thriving is divided into three modules which can be completed in approximately 6-9 weeks:
Module 1: Self-Protection
When you’re living in survival mode: isolating yourself, feeling guilty about saying no, overwhelmed by incoming energies, your first step is Self-Protection.
- reduce negative, persistent thoughts
- tell the difference between yours and other people’s feelings
- learn how to set healthy boundaries
Module 2: Self-Reflection
Taking a step back as a compassionate observer and realize focusing on your own needs is not selfish.
- create a daily, custom self-care routine to replenish your energy field
- explore modalities and practices for self-healing
- release the need to rescue or carry baggage for others to focus on you
Module 3: New Direction
Finally, you step into a New Direction. Instead of ‘falling into’ relationships or situations, you’re now making conscious decisions about who, what and where to invest your time and energy.
- understand the characteristics of healthy, loving and reciprocal relationships
- listen to and trust your intuition, using it as a guidance system for your life
- choosing uplifting people, environments and activities that nurture your soul
In each module you’ll access videos combined with practical tools to try out in your world. You’ll have ongoing access to all lessons, to navigate the course at your own pace when you’re able to clear the calendar and focus in a quiet, calm setting.
Please note, if you’re looking to just sit back, passively watch and absorb, this course may not be the right fit. I’m a strong believer in expanding your inner knowing into outer action. Gathering a golden nugget, that aha moment, then taking action within the first 48 hours is key to creating meaningful and sustainable change. Try something different, notice what shifts, make small adjustments and try again. Approach life like a grand experiment, the results of which are your highest expression.
